Wow, huge congratulations to Emma and Cathrine DuFour along with their fabulous horse, FREESTYLE competing in the equestrian events at the Paris Olympics.
Cathrine and FREESTYLE absolutely shone in the team event; winning a Silver medal for Denmark yesterday.
The pair will next take part in the freestyle dressage competition today, we will be watching and wishing them the very best of luck indeed.
Emma, of Mount St John Equestrian, formed a very special connection with FREESTYLE right from the beginning.
Emma’s husband Jonny commissioned us to make a rocking replica of FREESTYLE as a surprise birthday gift last year. The rocking replica of FREESTYLE looks fantastic pictured here at the Mount St John Equestrian stables.
As well as carving the horse's name on the runner, we also added the date and score from their first Grand Prix together. As an extra special touch, a horseshoe from that very first Grand Prix was mounted on the stand too. What a wonderful surprise this must have been for Emma.
