Wishing Marissa a very happy birthday indeed!
Her partner, Ian, secretly arranged with us for a replica of her cherished horse to be made. What an incredible surprise; of course this was delivered in time for her 50th birthday.
We love all the effort Ian went to with this fabulous reveal. Complete with lots of balloons and even a gift wrapped door frame to tear open!

The response time was slower than expected, and I found it frustrating to navigate their support system. When I finally reached a representative, they seemed unhelpful and lacked the knowledge to resolve my issue effectively. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope they can improve their customer service processes in the future.
