We were delighted to be in attendance as the replicas we had made of Grand National winner, ALDANITI, were auctioned at Plumpton Racecourse. The extra large rocking horse sold for £15,000 while the large sized replica sold for £8,000.
The auction raised funds for the Bob Champion Cancer Trust, the jockey who famously rode ALDANITI to victory in 1981 despite just completing treatment for testicular cancer. It was wonderful to have Bob at the event and to see so much money being raised for the charity he established.
