A faithful reproduction of the 19th century original. The body of the FH Ayres rocking horse is longer than that of our own design and has extra carving bringing out more muscles in the neck and legs. The head can be turned to the left or set straight.
The rocking horses by the famous FH Ayres company are highly collectible and we have been given permission by the Ayres family to re-produce their design.
The F.H. Ayres Rocking Horse
As each piece is handmade to order, there will be a wait of approximately 8-10 weeks for your rocking horse. We will let you know an accurate timescale when we receive your order.
There may be an additional charge for certain accessories. This will be advised when we contact you to finalise all options for your order.
Delivery: Local delivery is included within a 20 mile radius for all our rocking horses. Alternatively, you can collect your rocking horse from our showroom in Kent and even take a tour of the workshop at the same time.
UK mainland delivery is charged at £350. We will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time to deliver your horse.
Shipping: An additional charge will be applicable to overseas orders; we will provide up-to-date shipping costs when we call you to discuss your order. If you are not happy with these shipping costs, we will offer you the option to arrange your own courier, collect from the workshop or to cancel and provide a refund for your order.
