The first rocking Valegro was originally commissioned by Dean Golding for his fiancée Charlotte Dujardin CBE and presented to her at Olympia on the occassion of Valegro's retirement. Watch the video below showing the making of Valegro, his presentation to Charlotte and his first meeting with the real horse.
The rocking Valegro has the exact same markings as the Olympic champion and even his saddle, bridle and Olympic saddle cloth are similar to the tack Charlotte used on Valegro.
