Springs

In our collection we have a stunning F H Ayres rocking horse on a Coach Spring. We made a very special horse for Her Majesty the Queen's Golden Jubilee in 2002 and mount it on a Coach Spring. It gives the horse a longer stride, makes it look like it's floating over the ground and gives a very soft comfortable ride. Our Blacksmith makes springs for Her Majesty's Laundau coaches and has the Royal Warrant. 

The Springs are hand forged in Spring Steel, holes punched and then finally polished and plated. Coach lines are hand painted in gold or silver and a tension bar added in Nickel or Brass.
